Tracking health. Checking and giving feedback on bloodwork, making sure we stay healthy year-round and even after competition life ends.

Finding a mental and life balance in this crazy sport. This sport often ruins relationships, causes eating disorders, leads to poor health and just messes with people’s heads. I want to make sure You stay well and that Your life and health doesn’t suffer unnecessarily.

Training program, based on Your individual needs, requirements, goals, division needs, competition plans and recovering capabilities.
Nutrition plan with macros, calories, food suggestions, meal plan (if asked for), water intake and timing.

Help with planning out competitions, what division and federation suits You best and help with competition related things.
Progress tracking - Visual (progress pictures, videos), measurements, weight and also available bodyfat caliper measurements.
If location and schedule is aligned, then come to Your competitions to help You backstage, in front of stage and throughout the day.
