Learning how to breathe properly, how to pace Your posing and how to build up posing stamina.
Helping You open up Your stiff-points, such as shoulders, hips etc, via mobility- and stretching exercises. That will help You pose better, i.e fixing Your shoulder stiffness will help to flare out the lats better
Learning what the needs of Your division are and what the judges are looking for and how to bring it to the stage.
Learning how to present Yourself in the little things, such as when to smile, where to look, how to carry yourself, how to walk on and off the stage etc.
What You get in this package:
1 Initial consultation call, where we will talk through what You need, what competition plans You have, make a posing schedule, do a posing starting position check (Check where You are at, what needs to be fixed etc)
1 weekly 30-min Posing call/session.
Feedback on Your posing videos, once a week.
