  • Initial consultation call, where we will talk through Your goals, options of availability and go through a questionnaire, which we will base the training on.

  • Training program, based on Your individual needs, requirements, goals, available options and recovering capabilities.

  • Supplement plan to support training, recovery and health.

  • Weekly check-in call. (15-45 min)

  • Constant online help with whatever questions, issues or worries You have.

  • Progress tracking - Visual (progress pictures, videos), measurements, weight and also available bodyfat caliper measurements.

  • If in Tallinn, Estonia then also based on program design 2-4 training sessions/program.
